Dear valued customer,

In recognition of the fact that many of our customers serve vital and essential infrastructure, medical, manufacturing, and retail services throughout our country, we at TCT will be continuing to operate as an "essential service".  We are, however, augmenting the manner in which we serve our customers in the following ways:

• We are reducing our hours to 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

• We will no longer be admitting any customers into the building.  Pick up orders must be placed by telephone, and then picked up at our loading dock.

• Credit will no longer be extended to any customer.  All new orders must be paid for in advance by either credit card or e-transfer.
   
• We will no longer be open on Saturdays in Toronto or Calgary (our Vancouver branch has never been open on Saturdays)

• Same day deliveries will no longer be offered, instead only next day deliveries via courier

These changes are effective immediately, and are in place across the country.
