4605 - Poli-Flex Printable - A4 Size Sheets

4604 Poli-Flex Printable is a heat-sealable, printable Polyurethane film (white) suitable for bright and dark textiles.

4604 Poli-Flex Printable is compatible with all current printers using Dye-based, Pigment, and ECO-solvent (with restrictions) inks. The film offers an excellent planarity with improved printing facility, due to lamination of a self-adhesive PET-film on the hotmelt side. After printing the motif can be easily cut with a CAD/CAM plotter.

We recommend POLI-TACK 854 for the application process.

During the thermal transfer the printed surface must be protected by a silicone paper or a release-coated casting paper. The primarily matt printing changes into a brilliant glossy finish with high definition within the thermal transfer.

IMPORTANT: 4604 Poli-Flex Printable can only be ironed on the reverse side.

The transfer film is used for motifs and logos on sport, leisure and work wear.

4604 Poli-Flex Printable is suitable for washing at 60C and tumble drying.  Only use mild detergents.  Always wash textiles inside out.

Nylon and textiles with a hydrophobic impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer.

We recommend evaluation on test material.

Due to the various influences which occur from production and transfer of plotter letterings, consistency of the carrier materials and also washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only cover the unprocessed material.

Application guidelines

• Apply at 2.5 bar to 3.0 bar (medium pressure)
• 320F/160C - 15 seconds

Please adjust the application time when using highly structured cotton or cotton mixture fabrics
