Turbo Print - Matte

Turbo Print - Matte is a heat-sealable, printable PU textile transfer film (opaque white, 100 µ) suitable for light and dark textiles.

This film offers a high print resolution with a matte finish.  Due to a special top coat, the film offers excellent washing resistance.  The transfer film is used for motifs and logos on sport, leisure and work wear. 

Turbo Print - Matte is is suitable for transfer to textiles like cotton, polyester, uncoated nylon, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/ acrylic.

For application to Nylon that is treated with any kind of coating, please test for suitability.

Turbo Print Matte is compatible with all current printers using ECO-solvent, solvent and latex inks. Due to a newly developed, self-adhesive PET film liner, even very small letters and motifs can be easily cut by all current CAD/CAM plotters after the printing process.  We recommend using POLI-TACK 854 as a transfer tape and as a protection cover during the heat transfer. The PET liner should be removed warm.

The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals (in accordance with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I).

We recommend evaluation on test material.

Due to the various influences which occur from production and transfer of plotter letterings, consistency of the carrier materials and also washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only cover the unprocessed material. 

Application guidelines

Cotton & Cotton/Polyester mixtures:

  • Apply at 3.0 bar (medium pressure)
  • 265F/130C - 5 seconds
  • 300F/150C - 4 seconds
  • 320F/160C - 3 seconds

Please adjust the application time when using highly structured cotton or cotton mixture fabrics

Uncoated Nylon:

  • Apply at 2.0 bar (low pressure)
  • 300F/150C
  • Pre Heat for 5 seconds
  • Apply to Nylon for 5 seconds
  • Remove PET liner, cover transfer with silicone paper & apply for a further 10 seconds
