4034 - Ultimate Print - Transparent - Soft - Matte

4034 - Ultimate Print - Transparent - Soft - Matte is a heat-sealable, printable Polyurethane-film (transparent) suitable for white textiles.

4034 - Ultimate Print - Transparent - Soft - Matte is a two-layer transfer film being coated with a hotmelt on the non-covered printable side. The upper side of the film after the application process is based on a transparent, UV-resistant polyurethane.

4034 - Ultimate Print - Transparent - Soft - Matte is compatible with all current printers using ECO-solvent, solvent and latex inks. The PET liner allows even filigree motifs to cut by all current CAD/CAM plotters after printing. After weeding the heat transfer is done with the original carrier.

A matt PET-film on top of the image during the thermal transfer gives a brilliant semi-matt finish. After heat-transfer we recommend removing the PET-liner after a short period of cooling down to room temperature.

The transfer film is used for motifs and logos on sport, leisure and work wear.

The transfer film is only suitable for washing at 40C and tumble drying.  Only use mild detergents.  Always wash textiles inside out.

The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals (in accordance with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I).

We recommend evaluation on test material.

Due to the various influences which occur from production and transfer of plotter letterings, consistency of the carrier materials and also washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only cover the unprocessed material.

Application guidelines

• Apply at 2.5 bar to 3.0 bar (medium pressure)
• 320F/160C - 15 seconds

Please adjust the application time when using highly structured cotton or cotton mixture fabrics
